Orders


How do I place my order online?

When you’re ready to checkout, simply follow the instructions on each page. Verify your order and proceed to filling out your shipping and billing information and confirm your purchase. Once you’re done, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

You can also check out with multiple addresses. Read more about this in our shipping section. The browsers that best support our site are Mozilla, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 6 and up.

 

What different ways can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and you can pay through paypal. If you are still having trouble for some reason, contact joel@randrtees.com.


Can I combine orders?

You cannot combine orders and you cannot split cost across several credit cards. You can, of course, put multiple items on one order so if you’d like to place one order with a friend or friends and just have them pay you back, you could do that. Then you can divide the shipping costs amongst you and your friends and save money that way. If you want to have each of your orders shipped to your own addresses, you can do that too, but you'll each be charged shipping and it will all still have to be on one card.


I e-mailed you about my order but have not received a response yet. Why?

We try to respond to all e-mails sent to sales@randrtees.com on the same day or at least within 24 hours.  If you haven't heard from us, it is possible your e-mail has ended up in a spam folder or been "digitally lost" in some other manner.  Or it could be that our response ended up in your spam folder.  To contact us again you might send your e-mail again to joel@randrtees.com.  

If you have tried all this and you still have not heard back from us, we’d suggest giving us a call. Our phone number is (918) 640-1201 and we can be reached during normal business hours (9-6 CST, Mon-Fri).

 

I noticed on my order it says subscribe:1. What does that mean?

That indicates that you opted to sign up for our mailing list. An email will be sent to you with a link to click to confirm you want to join the list. To say thanks for signing up, we'll send you a special $10 off code and we'll email you other coupons and discounts over time. If you didn't mean to join our list, don't worry. All you have to do is not click the link in the email confirming you want to join, but remember there's sweet discounts for joining.

 

I placed my order but never received an e-mail confirmation. What should I do?

Our email confirmation system is automated, so it is most likely that your email provider has marked the letter as spam or blocked us altogether. Be sure to check your spam folder in your email account, and if that does not work, be sure and contact us and we’ll get it cleared up! Also, in some cases if you place an order through an operating system that does not support our site, the order will not be processed and you will be returned to the home page. The operating systems that our site works best with are Mozilla, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 6 and up. Thanks!


I placed an order, but lost my order number. Can I look it up?

Whenever you place an order, we send you a confirmation email. Your order # is in this email. It is also on your receipt. You can also log in to your account and look up the order number there. The link is in the footer. If for some reason you still can't find it, we can look up your order # with your first and last name and email address.


Why haven't I received my order yet?

Don’t worry; it is most likely that if you received a confirmation email, your order is on its way. However, if you think it has been too long, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at sales@randrtees.com via and include your name and order number.  We monitor e-mails sent to us 7 days a week and typically try to respond the same day.   


What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee if the t-shirt is returned in the same condition as received (in other words, it hasn't been worn and washed, stained, or ripped or torn). 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at sales@randrtees.com and explain in detail your problem.  We try to respond within a few hours, so if you have not received a response within 24 hours you might try forwarding the e-mail to joel@randrtees.com in case there was a problem with the prior e-mail.

Any shirt exchanges agreed upon will be for items of equal or lesser value. If you exchange for an item of lesser value, we will credit the difference to the credit card used for the purchase.  

You will be charged for shipping. All items are sent standard shipping. Contact us at sales@randrtees.com for specific shipping details and additional fees. Discounted and “Grab Bag” items cannot be returned. All returns need to have a return form packaged with them. One is on the back of your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, you can print a new one. Just click the Returns link in the footer.

If you request a refund, the amount paid for shirts will be refunded to the original payment method (be that Paypal or Credit Card) and the refund will not include the shipping cost. Please feel free to email sales@randrtees.com with any questions regarding your refund or order.


The item I received was defective or incorrect. What do I do?

We do our very best job to ensure this does not happen, but if there is a problem with your order and it is either defective or incorrect, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible at sales@randrtees.com.


Shipping


What are your shipping options?

We offer a myriad of shipping options for your convenience from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Of course, choosing faster shipping methods will increase the price. If you would prefer to have your packages sent by a different means, please contact us and we’ll let you know if that shipping option is available. Spend over $40 and you can get free shipping within the US!


What about shipping to other countries?

We have no problem shipping internationally. We can ship almost anywhere in the world. You can choose First Class International or Priority International depending upon how quickly you want it to get there. If you would prefer to have your international packages sent by a different means, please contact us and we’ll let you know if that shipping option is available. Shipping to some countries can take longer than others, especially by First Class International Mail. If you are concerned about when your package will arrive, feel free to contact us and we'll provide you with the best estimate we can give.


How do I check out with multiple addresses?

When you are ready to checkout, select this option by clicking "Check out with multiple addresses" under the normal checkout button. You will see a page with each shirt design and a drop-down menu with which you can select the address for each shirt. If you purchased several of the same shirt in the same gender, size, and color and wish to ship them to multiple locations, leave the number 1 in the quantity box and click the update button. Repeat until each shirt is on it's own line.Then simply progress as prompted. You will receive an order number and order confirmation e-mail per shipping address.


If I check out with multiple addresses and put the same address in two drop-down menus, will I have to pay shipping to the same address twice?

No. When you proceed to the Shipping Information you'll find that it will combine the shirts going to the same address and you'll only have to pay one price for shipping to that address. The only exception is if you are shipping to separate people at the same address and each needs to be packaged and sent separately. Then you will have to pay shipping per recipient.

All of our products are shipped from Tulsa, Oklahoma.


T-Shirt Info & Sizing


How do I know what size I am in your style?

Need to know your size in our apparel? Not a problem. Check out our sizing chart so you can get that tee fitting just right! The sizing chart for the specific tee you want is on its individual product page at the end of its description. All sizing is available by clicking the size chart link in the footer.


What are your washing instructions?

We would suggest washing our apparel in cold water, because this is the best method to prevent shrinking. It is also recommended that you turn the shirts inside out inside the dryer, which can help prolong the print’s design as it is tumbling around. Set your dryer to low. If possible, it’s best to not tumble dry our shirts at all, but we know not everyone has access to a clothesline.


What material are your tee's made from?

Most of our tee’s are made with 100% fine jersey cotton. You can often find this information in the shirt's description as well. If you’d like to know for a specific shirt you are interested in, please don’t hesitate to ask us via our contact form.


Why are you out of stock of the shirt I want?

Unfortunately, we can only print so many copies of a design at one time. We do our very best to try to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers, and if you would like, please request a reprint of the tee via our contact page and we will do our best to restock as soon as possible!

Who designs your shirts?

randr employs artists from all over the world who contribute their work for our products. You can learn more about some of them on our blog.


Can I request a reprint?

Of course you can. Email us via our form or comment on our blog. We are always listening and if there is a strong demand for a print that has gone out of stock, we will do our best to stock it back up!


Can I submit my own idea?

Absolutely! We love to hear from our customers whether it is thoughts on the site, a specific print, or a design of their own. Please visit our email form and let us know what’s on your mind.


Security


Is this site secure?

Yes. randr uses technical safeguards to ensure that the transfer of your personal information is secure. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. We utilize high-grade encryption (AES-256 256 bit) in our checkout, which makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers. Subsequently, it is highly unlikely that anyone would be able to intercept your personal information.


Will you ever give out or sell my personal information to anyone else?

No. We do not sell or provide your information to any third parties.
